1. Orders
We accept orders based on availability and confirmation. In addition, we begin production only after both parties approve all order details, including artwork, specifications, and payment terms.
2. Custom Products
Because we produce custom sportswear, customers must review and approve all designs, sizes, colors, logos, and artwork before production. Once approval is given, you may not be able to make changes.
3. Pricing
We set prices based on product specifications, order quantity, and customization needs. Moreover, all quoted prices remain valid only for the stated period.
4. Payments
We agreed on payment terms before starting production. Typically, you need to pay an advance to begin manufacturing. After that, you must complete the remaining balance before shipment unless we agree otherwise.
5. Production & Delivery
We provide estimated timelines for production and delivery. However, factors like order size, customization level, material availability, or unexpected issues may affect these timelines. Even so, we always aim to meet agreed deadlines.
6. Shipping
You are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes. Unless stated otherwise, we do not include these charges in the quotation.
7. Quality Assurance
Our team checks every order before shipment. However, small difference in color, size, or logo placement may occur. In general, these variations are normal in manufacturing.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Since we make all products to order, you cannot cancel or return them once production begins. However, may allow exceptions in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect.
9. Intellectual Property
Customers must have legal rights to use all logos, trademarks, and designs provided. Therefore, Big Seven Corporation is not responsible for any disputes related to customer-supplied content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Big Seven Corporation is not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages related to product use. In any case, our total liability will no exceed the value of the affected order.
11. Privacy
We handle customer information securely. In addition, we use customer's data only for order processing, communication, and support, in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
Big Seven Corporation may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When this happens, the changes take effective immediately after we post them on our website.
13. Governing Year
These Terms & Conditions apply to the year 2026. They remain valid until we update or replace them.
